The two bottom floors house meeting rooms, conference facilities and a restaurant, while the seven floors above contain workstations for around 2,500 people. The property also has a garage area with parking for 140 cars.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Environment a crucial issue<br \/>\n<\/strong>During the construction of the new property, high emphasis was placed on environmental impact and energy consumption. The attention to this area paid dividends \u2013 not only has the property been environmentally certified according to the Sweden Green Building Council (<em>Milj\u00f6byggnad<\/em>) standard, but it has also been given the highest possible rating: gold.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special and demanding requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u201cProperties of this type, which are to be used by so many people and different kinds of business, naturally place special and demanding requirements on a good, adapted interior climate.
