As part of \u00d6stberg Group AB\u00b4s strategic plan, the two group companies AB CA \u00d6stberg in Avesta and Suxess ERV AB in Enk\u00f6ping has been merged as per January 1, 2016. At the same time the company name changes to H. \u00d6stberg AB. The merger involves a clarification of the \u00d6stberg brand and the company\u00b4s product portfolio. “There are positive synergies that naturally strenghtens our competitivness with increased availability, improved customer service and focused product development as a result”<\/em> says Peter Jakobsson, CEO \u00d6stberg Group. Product development and production of high quality and energy effecient Air Handling Units for all types of premesis will continue to be strenghtened in Enk\u00f6ping, while some administrative activities will be syncronized with the head office in Avesta. In the merger, the two companies communications regarding the business segment Air Handling Units is clarified, and the registered trademark HERU is further strenghtened<\/p>\n<\/div>
