We meet Pekka Holkko and Micael Nyman, Team Östberg at H. Östberg OY in Finland. Pekka, whose main role are sales of Östberg’s products on the Finnish market, has been involved since the start in 1997. Micael, who looks after sales support and our warehouse, started at H. Östberg OY in 2017. 

“An ordinary day consists of customer visits, follow-up and problem solving of a more technical nature. No two days are the same, says Pekka.“

The demand for products mainly consists of our fans for our OEM customers and then it is CK and RF fans that are most popular, but also our spare parts motors.

We are often praised for our short response times, and we have a good collaboration in our team. All customers are important, small and large, says Micael who works with receiving orders, packing and delivering goods to customers.

“A strength of our team is that we are flexible, supportive where needed and can quickly find a solution to customers’ questions.” 

The local convenience store in Kaarina often sells delicious lunches that are consumed in the newly renovated kitchen in the office. “Sometimes we even celebrate with ice cream for dessert, says Pekka. 

Magnus Daniels, CEO of H. Östberg OY feels completely safe with the Finnish Team, which handles most things on its own with a high customer focus, which is also evidenced by customers’ appreciation.
