On april 14, 2022, Östberg´’s unit series for homes, HERU IQ, was approved according to Eurovent’s certification program: Residential Air Handling Units (RAHU).
This certification ensures that the product’s performance and capacity match the manufacturer’s specified information in published materials and product configuration software. Eurovent Certita Certification is the leading body in the European market for certification of ventilation and cooling products.
The RAHU certification follows the test standard EN 13141-7 and tests, among other things:
Pressure/Airflow
Efficiency
Sound levels
Power consumption

Eurovent is testing products on the open European market because it is considered important to measure units from series production.

Consultants, engineers and users can choose a product and be assured that catalog data is correct.
