Östberg & Suxess Merger

As part of Östberg Group AB´s strategic plan, the two group companies AB CA Östberg in Avesta and Suxess ERV AB in Enköping has been merged as per January 1, 2016. At the same time the company name changes to H. Östberg AB. The merger involves a clarification of the Östberg brand and the company´s product portfolio. “There are positive synergies that naturally strenghtens our competitivness with increased availability, improved customer service and focused product development as a result” says Peter Jakobsson, CEO Östberg Group. Product development and production of high quality and energy effecient Air Handling Units for all types of premesis will continue to be strenghtened in Enköping, while some administrative activities will be syncronized with the head office in Avesta. In the merger, the two companies communications regarding the business segment Air Handling Units is clarified, and the registered trademark HERU is further strenghtened
