We will carry out scheduled server maintenance for the HERU IQ App.
This will result in a temporary service interruption between 05:00-08:00 Thursday, November 27th.
During this time, communication and control via the app will not be available. Control via the IQC Display will not be affected.
If you continue to experience any issues after 08:00, please:
- Restart the app.
- If the problem remains – restart your unit (if possible).
