Fiskarhedenvillan, Sweden

Since 2009, Östberg has been delivering HERU – the FTX-unit with energy recovery for energy-smart and filtered ventilation – to Fiskarhedenvillan, ensuring that their customers enjoy an indoor climate of the highest quality.

High demands on ventilation
Ventilation requirements on houses built today are much more stringent than they were 25–30 years ago. Tighter climate shells, low energy consumption and requirements from the authorities for good air replacement are just some of the factors that affect the indoor climate.

Maintaining a good, suitable indoor climate in a newly built house makes high demands on the ventilation system chosen. That is why Fiskarhedenvillan has chosen HERU, the FTX-unit from Östberg.

Compact unit provides the right capacity
The solution is to use the HERU FTX-unit with EC motors.

Key advantages of these units are that they are compact, quiet and energy-efficient, and can be regulated using a wireless remote control. This makes it easy to find the combination that provides precisely the right ventilation, while ensuring that the units physically match the available space.

The HERU FTX-units are installed by the Fiskarhedenvillan contractors or the client.
